This project is a refurbishment process for a family vacation house in a small city at the north of Tehran. The existing building was a single story which needed some reinforcement in the structure to add 2 stories above. The final Triplex villa is replanted to include 4 master bedrooms and two very big terraces surrounded by the old trees of the garden overlooking the river passing by.

The very natural materials used in the details of interior design provide a pleasant rustic atmosphere.
