Rolex penthouse project was referred to our design team after being remodeled for three times before. The design concept is based on the high transparency in an open plan layout , providing double height spaces like living room, family room , dining & bar area.

A duplex suite with an extra access is designed to be used as a home office. Unique detailed designs and materials used for different specific corners tend to induce the luxurious atmosphere at the project. In order to reach the maximum transparency, the glass staircase and bridge provide the access to the second level of the penthouse.

The triplex penthouse includes three bedrooms and one home office and private terrace and green roof is being outfitted with the pool and other facilities like sauna. and training room and barbecue area with the north Tehran mountains views.
